Milan / cheese tasting and a visit to a Lombard dairy 

Milan / Valsassina : half day (duration 1 hour by bus ) .
Breakfast at the hotel , a meeting with our participants in the lobby and departure with our tour  guide at a time  for  a Lombard dairy known for the production of Taleggio and Gorgonzola : GOOD ITALIAN CHEESE

The visit   takes about 1 hour and a half shows the process of cheese production including  the production of those cheeses such as ( taleggio / mascapone / gorgonzola sweet and spicy and blue, and the passage inside the old caves of Pasturo occurs exactly where the seasoning is  to  complete the  same  with packaging.
 At the end of the visit you will walk  about 10 minutes through the woods to get to a " hut" for the wine and cheese tasting with the possibility of  buying  the  cheese.
